Mission

On-The-Ground Toronto works alongside grassroots organizers and community groups across Toronto to help people experiencing poverty access to healthy food, clothing, shelter, income supports, and other essentials needed to thrive. We provide funding, connections, and practical support so these trusted local leaders can respond to urgent needs with compassion, care, and limited barriers.

We envision a Toronto where everyone has access to the resources needed to live comfortably and with dignity, and where underfunded outreach leaders have the support and resources to create lasting change.
